The above sample is from Volume 6 of the HPLS Siddur
Volume 6 contains the afternoon prayers for the Sabbath and Three major (Pilgrimage) festivals  On the Sabbath, the Torah is read before the afternoon prayer (Amidah). After the Amidah, the Shabbat Afternoon Service continues with the third Sabbath meal, therefore, the songs and blessings pertaining to the Sabbath are included in this volume. The concluding service for the Sabbath and Festivals is also included in Volume 6 and consists of the Sh'mah and the weekday prayer service. The contents of volume 6 are summarized below:
Part 1 - Introductory Prayers to the Afternoon Service. For those who pray the Chasidic prayers (Nusach Sefard), the temple prayers (KohrBahNoht) are included at the beginning of the afternoon service. For those who do not say the templeprayers, the afternoon service starts with Psalm 145, which is otherwise referred to as Ashrei.

Part 2 - Torah Service
(For Shabbat only). This section consists of introductory prayer to the Torah Service, opening of the ark, blessing before the Torah is read, blessing after the Torah is read, GohMehl, HahgBahHah and G'leeLah, Psalm 111, returning the Torah to the ark (Psalm 24).

Part 3 - Amidah (Silent prayer).
This part of Volume 6 contains the Amidah for Shabbat and the Three major (Pilgrimage) festivals (Passover, Shavuot, and Succoth). It also contains the concluding prayers, Psalm 27 (said at Mincha by Nusach Sefard from Elul to Succoth), Aleinu (AhLayNoo), Mourners' Kaddish, and Ahl TeeRah.

Part 4 -- Concluding Blessings. These prayers are said after the conclusion of the Afternoon Service.

The Shema Yisrael prayer is introduced by two blessings: HahMahAh'reev Ah'rahVeem and AhHah'vaht OhLahm. The HPLS siddur contains the complete transliterations for both these prayers. The Shema Yisrael (Sh'mah YisRahEhl) and the three paragraphs associated with it are then said, followed by two closing benedictions: Emet (for redemption) and HahshKeeVehNoo (for protection) and various additional blessings. This is followed by the silent prayer (Amidah). Volume 6 also contains the additional prayers for: the conclusion of the Sabbath, the Counting of the Omer (said between Passover and Shavuot), Psalm 27 (said from Elul to 7th day of Succoth), Psalm 49 (said during the Shivah period, which are the first 7 days in a house of mourning), and Havdallah (separation prayer for the conclusion of the Sabbath). The evening service then concludes with Aleinu (AhLayNoo) and the Mourners' Kaddish.
